What you will do:
- Analyze possible future M&A transactions
- Valuate businesses and prepare information memoranda
- Take part in due diligence
- Prepare financial models
- Participate in conducting transactions
- Communicate with clients
What we require:
- Student in the last year of studies (preferably business, finance or economics)
- Knowledge of corporate finance
- Knowledge of business valuation and modelling
- Analytical skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent English
